the love of a family!!

This blog as beenway over due. I didn't want to post the pics until I knew all the pics were seen, then time got the best of me andI got behind on this blog and well, all of them. SO itis never too late to show what love a family has and how it shines. The father/husband was deployed at the end of the summer and just recently returned home to his beautiful wife and son in Feb. So better late than never, here is a slice of love!!!

Jessica Joy Meyers

so here we are in March 2012 and I have not blogged since sept 2011. I cannot even pretend to play catch up at this point but I am going to try to add some blogs from the end of 2011 before I begin this year. Fingers crossed I can do this in a timely manner(whatever that means, ha)!
   I am in love with Bikram yoga and for how it has began to transform me which I am not getting into in this blog, but I am going to share with you all the lovely Jessica Joy Meyers. She is not only a wonderful Bikram yoga teacher with a strong and beautiful practice, but she does custom stained glass work. Her work is absolutely incredible. She has made many bikram yoga postures into stained glass which to me is even more amazing, since I know how to do stained glass I understand the work that goes into it. I want to share Jessica showing some of the beginning Bikram postures and some of the advanced series also. Enjoy the strength and the flexibility Jessica displays.
